CONSULTATION FEE (DESIGN AGREEMENT)

We are pleased to submit herewith our breakdown for your attention and perusal.
Scope of services
Our designer will be responsible for the development of design concepts, prepare detail drawing to spaces.( Excluding M&E / specialist services specification and calculation )
To provide full sets of tender documents with detailed working drawings and specification for the proposed ID works.
To provide professional advice and assistance to product and material selection related to Interior Design works for the project.
Advise/design briefing will occurs only with appointed designer and respective client only until completion of stage 2
1.0 PROFESSIONAL FEES
1.1 Our professional fees shall be a lump sum covering the following scope of works:
- prepare schematic design ( layout design, elevation design ) and present to client for approval
Phase 1 – Preliminary & Development of Concept & Design ( interior designer )
1. Prepare & provide various alternative design (max 3 sketching) proposal including plans, elevation, sketches, image, material, color schemes and perspective drawings, etc for client consideration and decision.
Phase 2 – Pre-Contract Stage
1. Advise on product / material selections
2. Prepare working drawings, specification or such particulars as may necessary for obtaining tender.
3. In additional to the above Interior Design Consultant will prepare all relevant submission plans, reflected ceiling plans, electrical plans, elevations, sections and detail drawings for all the areas outlined in the scope of work.
4. This phase shall be deemed to have completed upon submission of one full set of drawings.
5. In the event that a set of construction drawings once ready is amended by the client substantially thereby incurring additional works and additional fee will be charged.
Our proposed professional fee does not include the scope of work as submission architect, Mechanical & Electrical, structural engineering services.
Deliverables – All deliverables done and paid by the client by each stage of work will be submitted / handed in full ( Both softcopy – pdf and hardcopy ) to the client.
